This Privacy Policy aims to provide clear, transparent information, in accordance with Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD), about the collection, processing, storage and sharing of personal data by Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. on the AE Master Kit sales page, checkout and members area.
1. Identification of the Controller
The collection and processing of personal data described in this Policy are the responsibility of Motion Master Escola Online Ltda., registered under CNPJ No. 58.881.794/0001-20, with its registered office at Rua Cornélio Vieira de Camargo, 235, Centro, Tatuí/SP, hereinafter "Motion Master", as personal data Controller under Article 5, item VI, of the LGPD.

2. Acceptance and Consent
By accessing the AE Master Kit sales page, making a purchase or completing the post-purchase survey, users declare that they have read, understood and freely, knowingly and unambiguously agreed to these terms. Where required, consent is valid only through an affirmative action, such as selecting an unchecked acceptance box; presumed or implied consent is prohibited.
Users may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal, as detailed in section 8 (Data Subject Rights).
3. Personal Data Collected
3.1. Data provided at purchase
At checkout, processed by Hotmart, we collect name, email, phone number and, where applicable, CPF/CNPJ for invoicing. Hotmart directly collects and processes this data; Motion Master receives only the contact information necessary to grant product access.
3.2. Data provided in the post-purchase survey
After purchase, users may complete an optional survey about their profile and motion design goals, unlocking a bonus lesson. The survey may collect name, age, city/state, email, phone/WhatsApp, job title or profession, years of experience, tools used, technical difficulties, medium- and long-term goals, and written responses about frustrations or questions.
Users acknowledge that this information may be used, in aggregate or individually, to build personas, develop new content and products (including Motion Master 2.0) and for advertising communications. Excerpts may be used as testimonials or references, always protecting the subject's identity unless expressly authorized otherwise.
3.3. Data collected automatically while browsing
When visiting the sales page, cookies, pixels and similar technologies may automatically collect IP address, approximate geographic location, browser and device type, traffic source, pages visited, time spent, clicks (including purchase-button clicks) and other behavioral interactions.
This collection uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and other analytics and advertising tools that may be adopted.
4. Processing Purposes and Legal Basis
Data is used to process purchases and grant product access based on contract performance (Article 7, V, LGPD); send purchased-product communications and support based on contract performance; personalize and measure advertising campaigns (Meta, Google) based on consent; build personas and develop products from post-purchase survey data based on consent; perform statistical analysis to improve the page and user experience based on Motion Master's legitimate interest (Article 7, IX, LGPD); and fulfill legal and tax obligations based on legal obligation (Article 7, II, LGPD).
Processing based on legitimate interest is limited to what is strictly necessary for the stated purposes. Data subjects may object at any time as described in section 8.
5. Data Sharing and International Transfers
Motion Master does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for purposes outside this Policy. Sharing occurs exclusively with technology partners necessary for business operations: Hotmart (payment processing and product delivery), Webflow (page hosting) and the advertising/analytics platforms mentioned in section 3.3 (Meta Platforms and Google).
These partners may process data on servers outside Brazil, constituting international data transfers under Article 33 of the LGPD. Transfers follow each company's safeguards and data protection policies, available in their respective privacy policies.
Data may also be shared with judicial, administrative or regulatory authorities upon lawful request.
6. Data Retention Period
Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or while the data subject's relationship with Motion Master lasts. Once the purpose ends or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted unless retention is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation, such as purchase tax records, or exercise rights in judicial or administrative proceedings.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The AE Master Kit page uses first- and third-party cookies and tracking pixels to enable page functionality, measure advertising campaigns, personalize ads and perform statistical analysis.
Users can manage or disable cookies in their browser settings, acknowledging that disabling certain cookies may affect some page features.
8. Data Subject Rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, by contacting the email address in this Policy, data subjects may exercise these rights: confirmation of processing; access to processed data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the LGPD; data portability; deletion of data processed with consent; information about data sharing; information about the possibility and consequences of withholding consent; withdrawal of consent at any time; and filing a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), if the subject believes their data is not being processed in accordance with the law.

9. Information Security
Motion Master adopts technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or improper disclosure. No security system is completely invulnerable; in the event of a security incident that may pose a significant risk, Motion Master undertakes to notify the subject and competent authorities under the LGPD.
10. Data of Minors
AE Master Kit is not intended for people under eighteen. If data from minors is found to have been collected without the proper consent of at least one parent or legal guardian, it will be deleted, except where processing is necessary to protect the minor.
11. Changes to this Policy
Motion Master may change this Policy at any time to reflect legislative updates or changes to its data processing practices. The current version will always be available in the website footer with the last update date. Substantial changes involving a new processing purpose require renewed consent from the data subject.
