This Privacy Policy aims to provide clear and transparent information, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD), regarding the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of personal data carried out by Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. on the AE Master Kit sales page, checkout, and member area.
1. Data Controller Identification
The collection and processing of the personal data described in this Policy are the responsibility of Motion Master Escola Online Ltda., registered under CNPJ No. 58.881.794/0001-20, with headquarters at Rua Cornélio Vieira de Camargo, 235, Centro, Tatuí/SP, hereinafter referred to as "Motion Master," in the capacity of Data Controller, pursuant to Article 5, item VI, of the LGPD.

2. Acceptance and Consent
By accessing the AE Master Kit sales page, making a purchase, or completing the post-purchase survey, the user declares that they have read, understood, and freely, informedly, and unequivocally agreed to the terms described herein. Where required, consent will only be considered valid through an affirmative action by the user (e.g., checking an unselected box); any form of presumed or tacit consent is prohibited.
The user may revoke their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, as detailed in section 8 (Data Subject Rights).
3. Personal Data Collected
3.1. Data provided at the time of purchase
At checkout, processed by the Hotmart platform, the following are collected: name, email, phone number, and, where applicable, tax ID (CPF/CNPJ) for invoicing purposes. This data is collected and processed directly by Hotmart; Motion Master receives only the contact information necessary to grant access to the product.
3.2. Data provided in the post-purchase survey
After purchasing, the user may complete an optional survey about their profile and goals in motion design to unlock a bonus lesson. This survey may collect: name, age, city/state, email, phone number/WhatsApp, job title or profession, years of experience in the field, tools used, technical difficulties, medium and long-term goals, and open-ended responses regarding frustrations or questions.
The user acknowledges that this information may be used, in an aggregated or individualized manner, to build personas, develop new content and products (including Motion Master 2.0), and for advertising communications. Occasional excerpts may be used as testimonials or references, provided the user's identity is protected unless express authorization is given to the contrary.
3.3. Data collected automatically during navigation
While accessing the sales page, the following may be collected automatically via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: IP address, approximate geographic location, browser and device type, referral source, pages visited, time spent on the site, clicks (including clicks on purchase buttons), and other behavioral interactions.
This data is collected via: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), and other analysis and advertising tools that may be adopted.
4. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Data is used to: process purchases and grant product access, based on contract performance (Art. 7, V, LGPD); send communications regarding the purchased product and support, based on contract performance; personalize and measure advertising campaigns (Meta, Google), based on user consent; build personas and develop new products based on post-purchase survey data, based on user consent; perform statistical analysis to improve the website and user experience, based on Motion Master's legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX, LGPD); and comply with legal and tax obligations, based on legal obligation (Art. 7, II, LGPD).
Processing based on legitimate interest is limited to what is strictly necessary for the described purposes, and you may object to this processing at any time, as outlined in section 8.
5. Data Sharing and International Transfer
Motion Master does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for purposes other than those described in this Policy. Sharing occurs exclusively with technology partners necessary for business operations: Hotmart (payment processing and product delivery), Webflow (website hosting), and the advertising/analytics platforms mentioned in section 3.3 (Meta Platforms and Google).
These partner companies may process data on servers located outside of Brazil, which constitutes an international data transfer under Article 33 of the LGPD. Such transfers adhere to the data protection safeguards and policies adopted by each company, which are available in their respective privacy policies.
Data may also be shared with judicial, administrative, or regulatory authorities upon legal request.
6. Data Retention Period
Data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, or for the duration of your relationship with Motion Master. Once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, the data will be deleted, except when retention is required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records for purchases) or to exercise legal rights in judicial or administrative proceedings.
7. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The AE Master Kit website uses first-party and third-party cookies, as well as tracking pixels, to ensure the site functions correctly, measure advertising campaigns, personalize ads, and perform statistical analysis.

8. Data Subject Rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, data subjects may exercise the following rights by submitting a request to the email address provided in this Policy: confirmation of the existence of processing; access to processed data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance with the LGPD; data portability; deletion of data processed based on consent; information regarding data sharing; information about the possibility of withholding consent and the consequences thereof; revocation of consent at any time; and filing a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) if the data subject believes their data is not being processed in accordance with the law.

9. Information Security
Motion Master adopts technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. No security system is absolutely impenetrable; in the event of a security incident that may pose a significant risk, Motion Master commits to notifying the data subject and the competent authorities, in accordance with the LGPD.
10. Data of Minors
The AE Master Kit is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen. If it is discovered that data has been collected from minors without the proper consent of at least one parent or legal guardian, such data will be deleted, except in cases where processing is necessary for the protection of the minor.
11. Changes to this Policy
Motion Master may update this Policy at any time to reflect legislative changes or shifts in our data processing practices. The current version will always be available in the website footer, indicating the date of the last update. Substantial changes that imply a new purpose for data processing will require new consent from the data subject.
