These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of the AE Master Kit digital product, sold by Motion Master Escola Online Ltda., a company registered in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. By purchasing or accessing this product, the user agrees to the terms set forth herein. The product is available for purchase globally and is governed by the applicable laws of Brazil, regardless of the user's location.
2. Product Access and Delivery
2.1. Purchase Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed by the Hotmart platform, the user receives automatic and immediate access to the AE Master Kit content in their member area via the email address used for the purchase. It is the user's responsibility to provide a valid email address and check their inbox (including spam/junk folders) for access information.
2.2. Registration
Registration and payment processing (name, email, and tax ID when required for invoicing) are handled directly by the Hotmart platform at the time of purchase. Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. does not have access to sensitive payment data, such as credit card numbers.
3. Product Description
The AE Master Kit is a digital product consisting of:

- Essential Plugins Guide (PDF)
- Performance Setup Guide (PDF)
The content is provided for download and personal use to enhance the user's technical knowledge. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, or any other form of commercial or public use of the files, templates, and PDFs without the express authorization of Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. is prohibited.
3.1. Third-Party Content
The Essential Plugins Guide contains recommendations and direct links to third-party plugins and scripts (including, but not limited to, Video Copilot, aescripts, and RxLaboratorio). These plugins are not owned or authored by Motion Master Escola Online Ltda., which only provides information on where to download them officially. The use, licensing, and any costs associated with these plugins are governed exclusively by the terms of each third-party developer, and Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. bears no responsibility for them.
4. Content Availability
The AE Master Kit content is made available immediately after purchase confirmation via a download link in the member area. Once downloaded, the files are stored on the user's own device, allowing them to be used for as long as desired, regardless of the future availability of the member area or the hosting platform.
We recommend that users download all files and keep a backup copy as soon as they gain access, as Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. is not responsible for storing files not downloaded by the user in the event that the hosting platform is discontinued in the future.
5. Guarantee and Refund
Users have the right to request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code (the right of withdrawal for purchases made outside of a commercial establishment). Refunds are processed directly through the Hotmart platform and do not require a justification.
6. Bonus Lesson (Post-Purchase Survey)
Access to the main AE Master Kit content does not depend on any further action by the user. After purchase, an optional survey regarding the user's profile is offered; upon completion, a bonus lesson (taken from the Motion Master training) is automatically unlocked in the member area. Failure to complete the survey does not affect access to the other items in the kit.
7. Payment
7.1. Payment Methods
The product is sold through the Hotmart platform, which accepts payment via credit card, PIX, and bank slip (boleto), as per the options available at checkout. Any installment plans are subject to credit card issuer interest rates.
7.2. Payment Security
Payment processing is handled entirely by Hotmart, which ensures the security and confidentiality of the user's financial data during the transaction. Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. does not store credit card information.
7.3. Billing
The AE Master Kit is sold as a one-time payment, with no recurring charges or automatic renewals.
8. Third-Party Links and Liability
The product and its accompanying materials may contain links to third-party websites, including the Hotmart payment platform, social media (Instagram), and the websites of plugin developers mentioned in the Essential Plugins Guide. Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of these external sites. We recommend that users read the privacy policies and terms of use of these sites before providing any personal information.
9. Disclaimer
Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the product, including, but not limited to:
- Sharing copyrighted content without authorization;
- Improper use of third-party files, templates, or scripts provided;
- Any fraudulent or illegal activity related to the use of the product.
Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. is not responsible for access interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or the unavailability of third-party services (Hotmart, internet service providers, hosting).

11. Restrictions and Penalties

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Tatuí, SP, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

Privacy Policy — AE Master Kit
This Privacy Policy aims to provide clear and transparent information, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD), regarding the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of personal data carried out by Motion Master Escola Online Ltda. on the AE Master Kit sales page, checkout, and member area.

2. Acceptance and Consent
By accessing the AE Master Kit sales page, making a purchase, or completing the post-purchase survey, the user declares that they have read, understood, and freely, informedly, and unequivocally agreed to the terms described herein. Where required, consent will only be considered valid through an affirmative action by the user (e.g., checking an unselected box); any form of presumed or tacit consent is prohibited.
The user may revoke their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, as detailed in section 8 (Data Subject Rights).
3. Personal Data Collected
3.1. Data provided at the time of purchase
At checkout, processed by the Hotmart platform, the following are collected: name, email, phone number, and, where applicable, tax ID (CPF/CNPJ) for invoicing purposes. This data is collected and processed directly by Hotmart; Motion Master receives only the contact information necessary to grant access to the product.
3.2. Data provided in the post-purchase survey
After purchasing, the user may complete an optional survey about their profile and goals in motion design to unlock a bonus lesson. This survey may collect: name, age, city/state, email, phone number/WhatsApp, job title or profession, years of experience in the field, tools used, technical difficulties, medium and long-term goals, and open-ended responses regarding frustrations or questions.
The user acknowledges that this information may be used, in an aggregated or individualized manner, to build personas, develop new content and products (including Motion Master 2.0), and for advertising communications. Occasional excerpts may be used as testimonials or references, provided the user's identity is protected unless express authorization is given to the contrary.
3.3. Data collected automatically during navigation
While accessing the sales page, the following may be collected automatically via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: IP address, approximate geographic location, browser and device type, referral source, pages visited, time spent on the site, clicks (including clicks on purchase buttons), and other behavioral interactions.
This data is collected via: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), and other analysis and advertising tools that may be adopted.
4. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Data is used to: process purchases and grant product access, based on contract performance (Art. 7, V, LGPD); send communications regarding the purchased product and support, based on contract performance; personalize and measure advertising campaigns (Meta, Google), based on user consent; build personas and develop new products based on post-purchase survey data, based on user consent; perform statistical analysis to improve the website and user experience, based on Motion Master's legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX, LGPD); and comply with legal and tax obligations, based on legal obligation (Art. 7, II, LGPD).
Processing based on legitimate interest is limited to what is strictly necessary for the described purposes, and you may object to this processing at any time, as outlined in section 8.
5. Data Sharing and International Transfer
Motion Master does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for purposes other than those described in this Policy. Sharing occurs exclusively with technology partners necessary for business operations: Hotmart (payment processing and product delivery), Webflow (website hosting), and the advertising/analytics platforms mentioned in section 3.3 (Meta Platforms and Google).
These partner companies may process data on servers located outside of Brazil, which constitutes an international data transfer under Article 33 of the LGPD. Such transfers adhere to the data protection safeguards and policies adopted by each company, which are available in their respective privacy policies.
Data may also be shared with judicial, administrative, or regulatory authorities upon legal request.
6. Data Retention Period
Data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, or for the duration of your relationship with Motion Master. Once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, the data will be deleted, except when retention is required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records for purchases) or to exercise legal rights in judicial or administrative proceedings.
7. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The AE Master Kit website uses first-party and third-party cookies, as well as tracking pixels, to ensure the site functions correctly, measure advertising campaigns, personalize ads, and perform statistical analysis.

No security system is absolutely impenetrable; in the event of a security incident that may pose a significant risk, Motion Master commits to notifying the data subject and the competent authorities, in accordance with the LGPD.
10. Data of Minors
The AE Master Kit is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen. If it is discovered that data has been collected from minors without the proper consent of at least one parent or legal guardian, such data will be deleted, except in cases where processing is necessary for the protection of the minor.
11. Changes to this Policy
Motion Master may update this Policy at any time to reflect legislative changes or shifts in our data processing practices. The current version will always be available in the website footer, indicating the date of the last update. Substantial changes that imply a new purpose for data processing will require new consent from the data subject.
